Welcome to GoodGCP. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GoodGCP Assistant app (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

GoodGCP Assistant is designed as an informational tool to support clinical research teams by providing guidance based on regulatory frameworks such as ICH-GCP and CTCAE. The App is not a substitute for professional medical judgment, regulatory advice, or institutional policies.

2. Beta Program Status

The App is currently in beta testing and provided for evaluation purposes only. Features may change, and performance may vary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes related to clinical research.

  • You remain responsible for verifying all outputs against official regulatory documents and institutional requirements.

  • You must not use the App to process or store protected health information (PHI).

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all associated content are owned by GoodGCP and protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

  • The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

  • GoodGCP does not warrant that the App will meet your needs or that outputs will be accurate, complete, or reliable.

  • The App is not intended for direct patient care or as a regulatory approval tool.

  • GoodGCP is not a medical device and has not been reviewed or approved by the FDA or any regulatory authority. The app is intended as an informational resource only and must not be used for direct clinical decision-making, diagnosis, or treatment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoodGCP and its founders shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
